Fan Wei is a Learning & Organisational Development (OD) practitioner, consultant and coach. He has a deep care for developing human potential, capacity and health, and believes this to be his life work.

Fan Wei strongly believes in the practice of dialogic OD, whereby the internal narratives held by individuals strongly influences the efficacy of systems. Hence conversation, trust, psychological safety and relationship restoration lies at the heart of his OD practice. Clients have described him to be astute, gentle and transformative in facilitating awareness and change in his interventions.

Prior to setting up his own practice, Fan Wei spent 14 years in Civil Service College Singapore and had led, mentored and coached teams in designing and implementing learning and self-leadership interventions for policy officers in the social and economic sectors. He had also led and designed department-level transformation and OD initiatives while supporting his director in facilitating change.

Fan Wei is married and has 2 teenage girls. With 3 women in the house, he is constantly fascinated by his observations of the differences in human dynamics within the family, and how they mirror organisational life.
