Strengthening and Restoring Positive Human Dynamics
“Human dynamics require constant ‘maintenance’ – imagine a well-oiled engine contrasting with a neglected, screeching engine”
A strong, trusting and resilient relationship is the core of any productive dynamic between people. A dynamic unfortunately constantly fluctuates reflecting the condition of the relationship.
This 1-day experiential workshop is for individuals and teams who seek to learn the fundamentals to maintain, strengthen or restore strong, trusting relationships and enable a climate of safety in these relationships.
Creating this climate of safety is important for relationship resilience and maintenance, when voicing differences in perspectives and opinions become critical to achieve positive alignment and a productive way forward.
You will experientially learn and practise tools through the 1-day workshop, to :
Build and maintain trust in strengthening relationships
Create safety to begin developing resilience and voicing differences in these relationships.
